This is a twin-tower project for Wells Fargo that will comprise 1.1 million square feet adjacent to the new Vikings stadium. Construction is well underway, and it’s a fun site to skulk around.

Here are the renderings:

Once the largest flour mill in the world, Pillsbury’s A Mill is being rehabbed by Dominion. The renovation will retain a lot of the building’s historic features, and will be one of the most unique housing addresses in the city once it’s finished. It will contain 240 affordable housing units geared toward local artists. This building is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a National Engineering Landmark.

My new job at 10 Missions Media recently took me to Detroit, an appropriate destination for my foray into the automotive industry. I’ve been in the Detroit airport countless times, but never before had visited the city. I was so excited to check it out, and the reality was better than I imagined. Incredible, ornate old skyscrapers, people excited to talk about their city and the wonderful, amusing People Mover train. I can’t wait to get back to this great city!

It felt like November, but it was still a good weekend up in Wisconsin. Highlights: bear sitting alongside a highway, dog time, the world’s best fish fry and a stop at a maple syrup shack.

Now that winter seems to be finally winding down, here's my favorite photo from this year's season. I took this on the Madison Arm snowmobile trail loop just north of West Yellowstone, Montana. Heavy snow was blowing in, but it was warm enough to ride without gloves! (and holy over saturation on the color - my apologies)
