West Yellowstone in Winter

As part of my job writing and testing sleds for Snow Goer, I spend a week in the greater West Yellowstone area every winter to ride the next year’s models. The area’s trail system is amazing, and very scenic. The unfrozen river is at the western edge of Yellowstone National Park, and I find a moose chilling here every year. I wonder if it’s the same one…

One World Trade Center

I’m a junkie when it comes to following the progress of the World Trade Center reconstruction. One World Trade center has its spire installed and is rapidly moving toward completion, scheduled for the tail end of 2013.

Minneapolis Graffiti Walk

Like most creepers, I enjoy walking down the train tracks. Most of the ones that run through Northeast Minneapolis aren’t that busy, so it’s pretty convenient to pretend they’re lumpy walking paths.

These images of graffiti are from my favorite stretch of track near the intersection of Central Avenue and Broadway.
