Latitude 45 is a 13-story high-rise apartment that is being built by Doran Construction for Alatus. Located at 301 Washington Avenue, this building is due to be complete by late 2015. It will include a restaurant by Ryan Burnet and a third-floor rooftop dog park.

I’ve always loved this building, and am happy to see it being restored. Hopefully they shine some light on this nice exterior:
Located at the intersection of Washington and Hennepin in downtown, 222 Hennepin Apartments will replace the old Jaguar dealership, which sat empty for years. I’ve been reluctant to post updates on this one, as it doesn’t get me very excited. That said, the Whole Foods Effect should give this area a nice bump, and help connect North Loop to downtown.
This is the plan… it’s supposed to be finished in June.

Located near the formerly-known-as-Holiday Inn in the Seven Corners neighborhood near the University of Minnesota’s West Bank, 7west was designed by Tushie Montgomery Architects and is currently under construction. This $43.4 million project will include 213 units according to an article in the Star Tribune.
